Expo Details
Exhibitors can setup on Sunday, April 6, before 7 p.m. The Expo Hall will be open all day Monday, April 7. Teardown is at 5 p.m. on Monday, April 7.
Exhibitors at the MCAH Annual Meeting & Conference are Platinum Sponsors. This sponsorship gives you two complimentary attendees to the receptions and President’s Luncheon on Monday, acknowledgement in the Sponsors and Exhibitors book, acknowledgement on the website, an Exhibitor list, and the list of attendees.

More Expo details will be included in your confirmation email including information about the Introductory Raffle drawings your business can participate in. Your confirmation email will also include Expo Passport information as well as hotel and agenda information.
Payment by company check or credit card must be received to be included in the Sponsor & Exhibitors Book before March 6, 2025.
