Join us April 6-8, 2025 at the Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes.

Every year those working in rural affordable housing in the Virginias and Carolinas get together for three days of education, networking, and professional development. The 2025 meeting will be the first for the newly merged Mid-Atlantic Council for Affordable Housing. The meeting will include a welcome reception on April 6, a president’s luncheon and a cocktail reception on April 7.

Please note that registration rates increase to $575 per person at the door.

A note about the Properties Training & Education track:

Affiliate and Regular Members who wish to register for the PTE training must add $75 for each PTE registered attendee. Managing Members may apply escrowed PTE credits of $75 for each PTE registered attendee, or $60/person for 10 or more. PTE credits may be used ONLY for those registering for the PTE training session. If needed, please contact the MCAH office for your available PTE credit balance.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received prior to March 6, 2025, will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between March 7 and March 31, 2025, will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 1, 2025.
