Who We Are &
What We Do
The Mid-Atlantic Council for Affordable Housing is a multi-state affiliate of the Council for Affordable & Rural Housing, a national organization dedicated to training and advocacy for affordable rental housing throughout the United States. MCAH carries on this mission in North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia and Virginia. Members include developers, contractors, property managers, professional associations and state agencies working throughout the Carolinas and Virginias.
The purpose of MCAH is to promote affordable rental housing in the region and support the common business interests of those actively engaged in providing services related to the development and management of publicly assisted affordable rental housing, as well as to provide information and opportunities for members to exchange ideas and improve the affordable rental housing industry.
