Annual digital lease subscriptions allow members to utilize our North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia USDA-RD leases on as many sites as they wish with one annual payment for each lease.
Once subscribed, the PDF fillable documents can be downloaded and sent to contractors who can integrate them into their software. They can be filled out and saved online or printed for resident’s signatures and files.
There is no added charge for sales tax, shipping and handling and no wait time to replenish supplies. This is a highly efficient and affordable way to maintain your lease needs and hope you take advantage of this Members-Only benefit.

After purchase, you will receive an email with the digital download of your lease that will be good for 24 hours.
You will receive a link to download the fillable 2025 Virginia Lease PDF that will last 24 hours after your first download. This file will expire on Dec. 31, 2025. You will need to purchase the 2026 lease at that time.
